ElmCrest Art Fair

Join the city of Ramsey and Rumriver Art Center for the Elmcrest Art Fair! This event will feature local artists displaying and selling their work, food vendors, artist demonstrations, and free art classes. Visitors will be able to vote on their favorite artists, with a grand prize for the “People’s Choice Award.”
